Householder is an early priority because the evidence links concealed corporate funding to legislative power and a large public bailout. Menendez adds a federal example connecting private benefits, foreign interests and attempted interference with justice. Madigan adds another documented utility-influence network, with a mixed verdict and a pending Supreme Court petition. These subjects have criminal convictions and substantial public records.
